I strongly warn everyone to avoid Nina Chen and Blue Valley Insurance Agency. This agency is nothing but a scam! Here’s what happened to me: 1. Deceptive Practices: Nina Chen failed to properly handle my insurance and DMV requirements, resulting in my vehicle registration being suspended without my knowledge. This is the worst experience I had in America. I purchased my insurance in Blue Valley on February (They recommended me Access Insurance). But that company bankrupt on April. I didn't get any information from Blue Valley. And until June, I was worn by DMV that I didn't have any insurance. It means I drove with no insurance for 2 months!
