Everybody's is super polite and they know what they're doing. It seems only bad part is parking can be a pain
The front desk ladies are wonderful and so nice, very knowledgeable. My therapist Amber is great, personable,understanding and great at listening and giving advice. Really takes her time and listens
Not a good experience at all in my opinion. I made an appointment for depression and didn't realize they wouldn't be able to order anything for it for a month at the next appointment. So during the initial assessment Joe actually made my depression much worse by asking about things that I wasn't even depressed about or thinking about before he asked so I ended up leaving feeling so much worse than when I arrived. I have been going to Blue Valley Behavioral Health for a long time. Each time I leave there I feel 1000 lbs lighter. They have great caring counselors along with great awesome staff. So I will reccommend this place to others!!!
