These apartment are a complete joke. First things first have the people look like they just got our of jail. Second, the management do not respond or they respond like 12am with a text. They have no clue what is going on in the property. I have tried many times to get my place sprayed for roaches ( roach infested) and they don't fixed anything. The only thing it has going for it is that it quiet. There was a guy who was trying to get extra money to fix a lock when I gave it to the landlord to fix. You will regret it. Pleeeea... read more

My ac went out yesterday evening. They came yesterday and looked at it. A full day later and nothing. The property manager told me to deal with it, " it's a small complex" I was told. I wanted to have someone come our and fix it for me but they have removed the window unit attached!! They slammed the door in my fave and have done nothing. HORRIBLE!!!

Although an older community, these are very nice apartments. I recently viewed them (May 2012) Their pricing is excellent and management and staff are very attentive and well informed. They have several floor plans to accommodate almost every one's needs. My visit was at a time where there was activity in the community. The manager and residents interacted very well. Everyone was very pleasant. The manager knew everyone by name and she was full of life! I would recommend this community to anyone who wants that quiet country ... read more
