I hired this company the day after Labor Day. He had excellent reviews and did a great job on 2 separate projects with very good friends of ours. Today is November 14 th..we paid him 1/2 the money down for the job. Which was to dig out basement, pour concrete and install a gas furnace at our cabin in Munds Park. They showed up for 2 weeks worked on the dig and have not been back since! My husband had contacted him several times he will NOT call him back. We are out of $10,500! He does not appear to be showing up ever again. ... read more
This place was a joke from the get go! They didn't even put in an invoice to do an estimate, didn't know this until they didn't show up, and I had to call them. Then when they were able to show up they were there for all of a minute and a half, waited 2 days for an estimate. Never heard from them. Called them, and they came up with some bullshit estimate for a small weed job! $400 for pulling 2 small areas of weeds!
This company is ambitious and goes above and beyond to see the job through! I would always recommend Blue Truck for all your home improvement needs.
