Very frustrating office to deal with. Apparently only one person there knows anything about billing and her name is Jessie. It took 3 months just for someone to figure out why the claims kept getting denied, however, if one person would have just verified the information with me in the beginning, we could have avoided this. Instead I got, "well we will resubmit, it will take a month to do that so call back in a month". Then finally I was not told that I needed to call yet again to tell them where to send the check. I visited Bluetooth to have a chipped front tooth repair. Missy was my tooth person and she was the perfect person for my repair. Missy explained everything she was doing before she did it and was super professional with her tooth fixing skills. I've had several visits to this dentist and all of them have been great.
I have been coming here to blue tooth dental since i was a kid and i’ve never had a bad experience besides this one that i can remember. i recently visited in the beginning of april for 2 cavity fillings. The staff here are all exceptionally kind, but they were so rough on my mouth. The assistant dentist was drilling down my filling and the drill slipped and drilled into the bottom of my mouth and left a hole in the bottom of my tongue and then they basically blamed it on me and said my tongue got curious, i don’t think it w... read more
I have had a lot of dental work done over the past sixteen months at Blue Tooth dental. With Dr Bekal,Janet and everyone else that has worked on me. I'm sorry but I can't remember all of the names. I am entering retirement. And I can't express how good it is to have my dental health taken care of. It has improved my quality of life, on a daily basis. I highly recommend this group. God bless.
