Went in on Mothers Day for detail package on my sentra. Told the guy the pet hair removal wouldn't be a problem because there was none and the trunk wouldn't need shampooing. He said ok, we can take that off. Me, thinking that was an amazing deal, paid and waited inside. When I got back in my car LITERALLY all that was done was seats and carpet.
