I lost data, time and money using Blue Thumb. They were great when previous owner Randon and Chris handled things. The new crew led by Jesse who was always badmouthing her husband to the other employees, cannot handle the demand and technical abilities required for a small business. RecommendedI have used Blue Thumb Computer Repair a few times now for various different reasons (I’m HORRIBLE with computers and technology) and not only are they fast and efficient (I run a business and they understand the need to have a computer with doing so) but they extremely reasonable on pricing as well! Randon and his team are awesome and I highly recommend!
Thank you Bluethumb for getting my computer running back up to a normal pace instead of lagging! Can’t say enough, someone came to my job and picked up my unit. Then I got a text stating my computer was ready the very next day! Thank you guys for awesome service and efficiency!
