Bluetinis are my absolute favorite drink in the world!! I also can't get enough of the Hot Popper and the Crunchy LA!!!
Found this place a few months ago and keep going back. Great service and sushi is great but the ceviche is taken to another lever best ive ever had
We were treated to free dessert for my brothers birthday, and the quality of the food was just amazing. Staff very friendly, my whole family enjoyed the experience. This was my second time coming to blue, and my family's first. They were very pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was.
Amazing service and delish food! Would definitely return when I'm in Denver again.
I'm nursing a 2 month old who has a soy and dairy allergy which means I also have to cut it out of my diet. they were very accommodating when I asked them about alternatives and suggestions which was a huge relief! I had a great experience at baby blue!
Food was mediocre, service was worse. My boyfriend was refused drink service because he still has a vertical ID (completely valid ID, not expired). The manager didn't give a legitimate reason other than "he has no way to check if it's real or not." No offer of any kind of compensation. Probably the worst service I've ever encountered at any restaurant in my life.

I went here yesterday with my boyfriend and this was he worst restaurant food experience I've ever had. The waitress was fine, but the sushi itself was worse than gas station sushi. We couldn't even finish it. It was so dry and fell apart almost immediately. Way too much rice. The house salad was abysmal-it looked like someone had gotten the lettuce out of the dumpster. I cannot rave enough about this place ~ fresh, diverse flavors with incredible service and staff. This is THE SPOT for vegan sushi -- The Cowgirl has onion, fried pickle and BBQ nori, The Crunchy Cabbage has spicy tofu and tempura napa cabbage, and The Eden Roll has asparagus, sweet potatoe, hummus and sun dried tomato.
