If this is the David Mantelman who worked with Dirsmith Builders, his claims to honesty, quality and finishing the job are untrue. I am still correcting the work David Mantelman left behind.
I worked with David for several weeks to create a quote for a pretty major overhaul on our house and had a great time working with him. Unfortunately, we didn’t end up moving forward, but his expertise and organization around the project was evident. He spent several hours walking the property with us and helped me talk through several different ideas I was going back and forth on. In addition to doing great work, David, Tim, and Roman were very conscientious throughout the project, paid attention to detail, and took care of all the small elements while also considering budget the entire time during the large project. We were able to accomplish a lot in our budget. And within timeframe. Would use them again.
Please do not pay any attention to the 1 star review made on here. He knows the owner of Blue Sun personally as they used to work together before Blue Sun opened for business. This 1 star review was not made without malicious intent behind it.
