Blue Stream employee Melissa Moore lied directly to my face during my visit to their location this morning. According to my bill this employee claimed to have checked the tire pressure, but I knew she hadn't because for about 2 years now the wheel cover has covered the valve stem on the drivers side rear tire which was installed incorrectly at another location.
