This is a great product, on top of that the customer service is absolutely fantastic. Had a small issue with mine and needed some guidance. Great seller and great product! Got my shipment the next day thankfully cause I ordered at the last minute but it worked out perfect. Tried other treatments before and Blue Streak is convenient and keeps the odors away. Thank you guys for a great product and great service!!!
Ordered Blue Streak chemical on May 28, 2021 and a charge for the order was applied to my credit card on May 30. On June 12 I still had not received my order so I checked the status of the order on the company’s website. ‘PROCESSING’ is the status indicated on the company website. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still don’t have my product and there’s been no communication despite the fact that my credit card has been charged.
I have had the system in my RV for 3 years now, works great! Installed one in a friends RV and it didn't work. Sent an email on a Saturday and had a response in a couple hours. They sent a brand new valve Monday, I had it Tuesday and resolved the issue
