I contacted Blue Steam to have my stone flooring, master bathroom stone countertop and master bath stone shower cleaned, polished and re-sealed. Madelon was very professional and prompt for the initial appointment and providing the quote. Michael performed the work and could not have been more professional, meticulous and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased with the outcome - looks amazing! I highly recommend Blue Steam!

My partner made an appointment to have someone come to our house yesterday at 4.00pm to give us a quote to restore our outdoor patio. By 4.30 no-one showed up. My partner called again and the phone went to voicemail. He left a message. So, 24 hours after they were supposed to come out, still nothing, not even a call back. Unprofessional and rude!
