Delicious coffee! Great community connection!
There are 6 coffee houses in the area that serve a flawless cortado, and this is one of them. It's a 4-star house with a barista that gives it a fifth star, and here's why: When the bean you want is only offered on drip and he manages to tweak his Marzocco to pull shots using a finer grind... you're being served by a cultivated barista. At the very least, it's not all lost to dark roast in there. While I'm not much of a cold brew fan, it was refreshing to see a Yama tower complete a cycle. I'll be back for a serving.
