Good service, quick responses and great communication. custom ordered a light duty 20 foot trailer with a full width fold down ramp to haul golf carts and Harley's. Showed up exactly as ordered in less than a month. Have used it quite a bit (1500 miles or so) in the last month and have no complaints thus far. Though we did blow a tire on the highway with a light load. I'd definitely recommend spending an extra hundred bucks or so and get the 8ply tire upgrade rather than standard 6ply. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Terrible service. Went shopping for a trailer and no help available. There was a guy working on a customer’s trailer. I understand that he was busy with customer but he could’ve at least acknowledged and said I’ll be right with right with you. Also there website doesn’t match there inventory on hand. Don’t waste your time here.
