I have been a tenant at this facility since before Appalachian Storage bought the facility from Allegheny Storage. At the time of that acquisition, the local management had to assist me with setting up my new account because Appalachian Storage's website does not work right. I recently moved out. Can't get a hold of them . Says Number is out of service. Is there a new number for them?
I rented a unit here and had it all cleaned out before the end of November, I called the new owners and told them and asked for my deposit and they still have not returned it. I will call them again tomorrow then I guess start finding out what my options are to get it back.
Great owners, clean, easy access, easy to pay, great communication. Pricing is excellent for sizes!
