Josh is a great person and very good at what he does. He explains everything in detail. This is the second time Josh has had to come to our home and do repairs. Two different issues and both were taken care of in a timely manner. He is an asset to Blue Star Plumbing.

We've used Blue Star Plumbing a few times and have experience with other plumbers as well. Blue Star, by far, has the best customer service and capabilities! We worked with Ski Smith from Blue Star most recently. He went above and beyond to work with my schedule and made sure the work he did would make any future work in other areas of the bathroom less of a chor.e by adding an access panel to the wall and left everything clean and organized. Outstanding service when we needed it most! We can’t say enough great things about Blue Star Plumbing. They responded quickly to a water heater leak emergency—on a Saturday—while we were out of state. From the initial response to the installation, everything was handled with speed, professionalism, and care. Ayaz and the team were fantastic: thorough, transparent, and incredibly reliable.
