Shawnee Mills went above and beyond to adjust my treatment on the spot. He also explained (in detail) how each of the insecticides worked.
Blue Star has been excellent for us. Affordable, effective and helpful. They come by every year for the inspection and answer any questions I have.
We paid for it the initial treatment 2 years ago and both years, we've had termites. We've done the annual retreatment each year. I get it, we live in Louisiana, it's common. Howevwr, our issue is with the way that Blue Star responded, which has been less than impressive. We noticed an active colony about 2 weeks ago and immediately contacted them.
