James was extremely thorough and explained his process very well. He took time to address every concern and was very communicative. He was kind, and very professional.
Mr Mills was very through, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything and answered all questions that we had.
I used Blue Star for the maintenance of apartments. They would not give me a schedule of their maintenance days. They would call tenants the night before and expect them to change their plans because they were coming. The would go to the apartments and treat one apartment and leave, but expected full payment. When I tried to cancel, they invented cancellation fees and lied about services they did not perform. They think that treating the outside of the building is the same as treating the inside. Very disappointing.
Through the many years that James has been our Blue Star Technician he has been very professional, pleasant and informative.
