Colten was the tech that came out today. He was polite, professional, and really educated us to a lot of things we were oblivious to! He gave us options and so much more clarity on the next steps to take. He worked with our very old unit and bought us time to get through the season. I asked for an estimate for a full new system and was able to schedule for the very next day. Overall Blue Star and especially Colten have exceeded my expectations.
Colten is a great worker, he really helps me understand what needs to be done. I’m a Maintenance Supervisor on a property in Brentwood and have been using BlueStar for a few years and have never been disappointed. The owner Jeff is also great to work with, Pilar in the office is awesome as well!
Colton Got my AC running better then ever, for a very reasonable price. Did it in about 2 hours. another technician told that I needed a whole new system, so glad I called blue star
