Communication leaves a lot to be desired! Called on Monday with an issue with a setting on my generator. Was told that I would be called right back. Three days later, still no call. Finally decided to look on YouTube, found a video that helped me fix the problem myself. This has been a continuous problem throughout the whole installation process for the generator.
The crew made time to share their expertise on a small project that meant a lot to me. Their knowledge and interest made the project happen. Customer service like this is rare these days. Thank you!
