I want to start by saying I had been extremely frustrated at times with Blue Star for a couple different things. But since the spring of last year, I have had no complaints. I love the new invoicing system that they have put into place. Puts the customer back in the driving seat. I like the new alerts, so I am informed when someone has delivered at my residence.
