All the guys, each day, we're patient and friendly.
It took this company months to figure out the tank at the place I am renting is theirs. I had to argue with them to get them to even check in the first place. Their customer service rep. set us up on their "payment plan" only to have an aggressive man named CHAD calling us up and threatening to flag our account if we don't pay immediately. Fine, we paid and they put us on a do not fill list. Just woke up to them filling the tank with no heads up. The driver was great. Jeff went out of his way on a Saturday morning to check on a gas smell under my stove top. He did thorough check on the outside tank pressure which was ok. He went into the house and found a leak under the stove top at neck of the valve! Thank you Blue Star! Jeff also credited my new puppy for leading him to smell 😊
