Huge shoutout to Matt, the propane guy at Blue Star! The man knows his propane. Friendly, knowledgeable, and actually treats customers like human beings instead of inconveniences. After dealing with Suburban Propane for years, was starting to think getting propane filled required sacrificing a goat and completing a side quest. My husband stopped in at Blue Star in Mt. Shasta this morning, he was having trouble with the griddle on his big barbecue. He walked into the office and asked the guy (Chad) if they work on them. He said, "Let's have a look". 20 minutes later he had it working like a new griddle! Very friendly and professional, I was totally impressed! Thank you, Chad. (he'd like to mention that he had at least 5 different guys look at and try to fix this griddle-Lonny was one of them!)
