Had a 1pm service appt set for today for about 1 week due to LOCK ROTOR FAULT. Since I installed a new battery 1 month ago and have load tested it to make sure battery was all good. Tested all good. Called Bluestar to make sure we were still on at about 11.30 am today. It seems over half their appointments are not kept and rescheduled for some BS reason. Charlie, who delivers from Blue Star Gas is very rude and impatient. I have a locked gate to prevent my dogs from escaping. When Charlie arrives, I unlock the gate. This time, I was in the restroom when he arrived. He stated he arrived at 9:25am, as you can see in the attached photos. I made the attempt to call him immediately after hearing him ring the doorbell, so he would be aware of me being in the restroom.
