I rented unit 113-4 at the Blue Star Arts Complex for a year. While the location is great, the apartment and property management were not. During heavy rainstorms the roof repeatedly leaked. We submitted multiple maintenance requests. Each time we were told the issue was fixed, but the next rainstorm it would start leaking again. Ironically, right before we moved out they sent contractors to quote installing a skylight. In my opinion, they probably should prioritize fixing the roof.
