The BlueStar Juice Bar and Coffee Café is located at the north entrance of the Canyon Rim neighborhood coming off (or going on) the I- 80 ramp on the corner of 2300 east and 2700 south. We are dog friendly and enjoy all the cyclists, walkers and runners that help make Canyon Rim such a great place to live that go past our place on a daily basis

I went to the drive thru Saturday on my way rock hounding In the west desert I got a veggie burrito and juice 18 dollars later and 1 hour later the food poisoning hits me in the middle of the desert I was puking and pooping at the same time.on the ground in the middle of the desert and I messages them. Great coffee, atmosphere and fresh healthy juice !
Wow. This place is right by my house, but I cannot, in good conscience, continue to support them. This morning, I witnessed perhaps the most pathetic display of customer service I can ever recall. I'd tell you all what happened, but I just don't have the time to list all the senseless things I saw. Never again will Blue Star ruin my morning!
SLOWEST SERVICE EVER. and they were very unapologetic about it. Took them 27 minutes to get us 3 coffees. Tu
sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes today trying to get a juice...didn't even get to order or have anyone come to the window. the 2 cars behind me both ended up driving off right after me. disappointing.
The iced mocha and avocado toast was just what I needed to head up to Park City. Delicious! I'll be back.
I love this place! It tastes like Oregon everything is made to order and fresh.
