Great experience. Z is very attentive and patient and he knows Mercedes. I'd had other mechanics tell me work I would eventually need, and Z diagnosed these same items in moments. It was a major service, but very reasonably priced when doing an online comparison. Additionally, he corrected a couple other problems I had and now my diagnostic computer is working accurately. I will definitely rely upon Blue Star for my future Mercedes needs.
This is my favorite mechanic for my Mercedes. Z does amazing work, has very reasonable prices, and is honest and friendly. I can trust him with anything my Mercedes needs and he’s much more affordable than the dealership. He has helped me diagnose a handful of issues my car has had over the years with spot-on accuracy. He’s extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He’s gone above and beyond for me as a customer more times than I can count. Thank you for all you do Z!!!
If you have a limping older model Mercedes, you want to work with the dead serious mechanics at Blue Star in Burbank. My car failed on the Hollywood Freeway and AAA hauled us to Blue Star where the European-born mechanics have decades of experience, and welcome mechanical challenges on Saturday morning. Absolutely amazing customer service!! After a bad experience at another mechanic repair shop I now understand the importance of taking your Mercedes to a Mercedes certified mechanic.
