I rarely leave reviews, but Blue Star Auto Care earned this one. This was my first time bringing my Mercedes to this particular auto repair shop and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial diagnostic on Saturday to the freon recharge today, everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Z was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. Great experience. Z is very attentive and patient and he knows Mercedes. I'd had other mechanics tell me work I would eventually need, and Z diagnosed these same items in moments. It was a major service, but very reasonably priced when doing an online comparison. Additionally, he corrected a couple other problems I had and now my diagnostic computer is working accurately. I will definitely rely upon Blue Star for my future Mercedes needs.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! After a bad experience at another mechanic repair shop I now understand the importance of taking your Mercedes to a Mercedes certified mechanic. This is my favorite mechanic for my Mercedes. Z does amazing work, has very reasonable prices, and is honest and friendly. I can trust him with anything my Mercedes needs and he’s much more affordable than the dealership. He has helped me diagnose a handful of issues my car has had over the years with spot-on accuracy. He’s extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He’s gone above and beyond for me as a customer more times than I can count. Thank you for all you do Z!!!
