I am so glad that I finally found a dentist that I am comfortable with....he has such a great chair side personality and takes his time to make sure that I am comfortable. His hygienist Lenora also does does a good job cleaning my teeth and is sooo gentle. The office staff has warm welcoming personalities and always explains their policies with me and make sure I understand what I need to do. But I'm sorry to say even tho Dr. timm is very gentle, I still continue to hate needles. Debbie B
This is the best place to go they talk to you about your dental health help design a plan of action if further care is needed. The staff are freindly and knowlegable. I cant speak highly enough of the denist he is a god send , i never had to have anything done till last year and he made feel at ease and comfortable. LOVE BLUE SPRUCE DENTAL ..........
Dr Timm is a thief. He asks for money up front, then when your insurance company pays more than what he calculates he doesn't refund your money. They send a bill for the remainder (which has already been paid by you and your insurance). If you bring it to their attention, they play stupid, let you pay the correct amount, and they still send you a bill.
