Blue Spruce Construction replaced the roof on my house in Summit County, Colorado in fall of 2024. After the very first winter, there was damage to a section of the shingle roof that joined with a metal roof. A third-party roofer confirmed that the damage was due to ice buildup in the valley between the two portions of the roof. Blue Spruce claimed (without evidence) that the damage was human caused and refused to stand behind their warranty and repair the poor workmanship.
