I was looking forward to trying this ‘hidden gem’ but they are closed still from winter. Be great if you could update your insta & google hours please.

Blue Spruce coffee is an absolutely incredible hidden gem in Carbondale. Even if you’re just passing through, the incredible food, coffee, and hospitality is worth stopping by for!
We had an awesome experience at Blue Spruce Roasters! We were on a road trip from out of town and they made us feel SO welcome. Taking COVID precautious very seriously. Not to mention - the coffee and food is AWESOME. Must try the pumpkin bread and ask for a recommendation for pour-overs! The owner is a great guy too. Must stop by if you’re in the area!
STOP WHAT YOU’RE DOING RIGHT NOW. If you are looking at this you’re probably considering getting coffee or some pumpkin bread here. DO IT! DON’T HESITATE! IT’S A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT WITH THE BEST COFFEE IN COLORADO...NAY...THE WORLD. WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? Ps. While you’re there tell Lance Zach from Ohio said hi. He’s awesome.
