I have lived here for a hear and a half. I pay 1007 dollars a month for a small 2 bedroom apt. My first problem started with the maintenance men. It seems dtn let's all the maintenance workers live at blue spruce. I put in for maintenance countless times to be ignored. Or if they do come like one guy did to fix a cabinet.. he drove a screw into the cabinet and just decided to leave it because he stripped it. Do not recommend was suppose to move in and they had roaches and mold all under the sinks . Moved me to a different unit in a different area and still had roaches ! DTN IS NASTY !! A bunch of slum lords who don't care . Left me and my 2 kids and bf homeless. Do NOT RECOMMEND
So my experience here has been detrimental to my mental health, from the terrible material this complex is made up of (you hear everything) from slamming on the doors that don’t work, people beeping you so you can open the door for them, to the cars outside. The property management company is dedicated to making your stay here as stressful as possible you can reach out to them via email or phone but they’ll ignore you as much as they can.
