The vets and techs are wonderful here - friendly, caring, and knowledgeable! My female rat had a tumor, which Dr. Chai and Amanda removed easily and without complications - the procedure happened quickly and there is hardly a scar - a few months later, and she is 100% back to normal. The price was competitive with nearby clinics, and in many cases, cheaper. The facilities are immaculate and well designed.
I had to bring in my Red foot tortoise for stitches, from the front desk to the Dr. Everyone was great and very friendly. And very reasonably priced. Thanks for everything.
