Jacob delivered our 22SL this morning. It was a very pleasant experience. He was fun to be with, knowledgeable and patient. We took a ride and he answered all our questions. Great experience as was the whole buying process. This is our second pontoon and we love it. This thing is solid as a rock. My wife is uncomfortable with waves. We took wake boat wakes today with comfort. Smaller waves were like they never happened. She thinks the 115 makes the boat go to fast. Lol.
They were great to work with. Got my boat in and out even though they were completely swamped. They will always be my first call. Thanks guys!!
They told my friend about a boat they had for sale, but the boat was never theirs to sale. so my friend didn't get the boat they were promised. they should have never told someone they had a boat for sale if it wasn't theirs yet. Not cool!
Spotted a pontoon on marketplace they were selling. I asked about financing. They responded quickly but I found their online application on their website after asking. Submitted an application for that boat. The boat was marked sold later the next day but I have yet to hear from anyone there. A simple hello, thank you for applying, your approved or not approved would have been nice. I work in a car dealership, not a salesman thou, but customer service is always number one. This is our second boat and our first Bennington. The sales people gave us great help in deciding which boat was best for us. They made the process from sale to delivery a pleasant experience. Great service and extremely competent boat mechanics. These guys know Benny’s from the bottom to the top and are happy to answer all of my questions.
