Rorey was awesome ensured everything was in order before I got there, and answered my questions thoroughly. Ensured all my expectations were met. Highly recommend Blue Springs Ford and Rorey. And if anyone is looking into Lightnings they are pretty rockin on Ice and Snow, really planted and in control

Sales was great. My issue was after the sale. I had my fees rolled into my purchase. After more than 10 trips up there to pick up a check so Icould register my vehicle and getting nothing but excuses, I got the check but still had penalties when licensing. They told they would take care of it but not wasting my time waiting on them again. Next issue was a check they were going to send due to not being able to collect my Ford pass points. Stopped by last week and again was met with excuses. Should have bought somewhere else.
Rorey did a great job working with me. Traded in my Rogue for an EcoSport with all variables informed up front. That warranty came in handy! It's officially mine and I love it. Thank you. Eric in titling was fun to work with too.
Traveling from out of state through to Ohio, in sub zero temps-, we had a concerning event where the full Def tank kept going down every few minutes. Found this dealership looking for help and the young man’s response was …. “We can check it in but it will be days before we can get to it. “ really?! You can’t help a traveler whose truck will shut down if the def tank reads empty? Yes please send us back out into the cold and we will be looking for another dealership down the road… if we make it…for help since you had no idea... read more
