Went in for an oil change . advisor said needed new tires they were having a sale next week buy 3 get 1 free the advisor ordered them and when they came in he never called me so when I called to check in they said the sale was over and I would have to pay full price for four tires now. they would not honor the price that they quoted me
This is the most piss poor ran dealership. Brought our truck in to be serviced. Called to check in on it the next day. They had no record of the truck or what it was being seen for. I was told that “only our sales person Rory knew what was going on and he’s the only one that can speak to me and he’s off work today” businesses do not shut down due to ONE employee being off work. They also had transferred the truck to another dealership without letting us know & couldn’t tell us which dealership it was sent to. Stay far away f... read more
