This review is for the service department, and specifically for the employees that recently "took care" of me. I had my truck in a few months ago for some problems, and wound up needing several things fixed. They had my truck for almost a month (yes, just a couple days shy of it) before it was done. Most of that time was spent playing phone tag with the representative, who was mostly neglectful. It was hard to even get ahold of him most of the time.
