Exellent place to live! Cindy is wonderful to work with, and very effective in her job as property manager. Breakdowns and issues are responded to promptly, and much effort is made to make this complex a better living experience. Shoutout as well to the maintenance team for all your hard work! Edit 9/9/24: A new set of passcode locks were placed on the outer doors. This is a welcome addition, and shows that this complex is dedicated to increasing our safety and quality of living here! I've lived here a few years and it's quiet, clean, and secure. Property manager lives onsite and she does a wonderful job. Property is well maintained with updates recently done. Maintenance is always quick and rent is affordable. It's a nice place to live!
It has been a pleasure joining this community from day one. Over the last year I have watched new paint go on the buildings, new patio doors and windows being installed, and now there's added security with coded entryways. I love my cozy little corner unit with a big closet and great windows that let in a good amount of light for being in a partial underground space. Love it here. It is cute, clean and quiet. Maintenance is very timely. Love the latest updates on the balcony sliding door and security keypad at entrance. Thank you, Cindy!
