this place is trash now. NO pool. almost $1,000/month now and rent goes up more every year ($125+) and they add stupid fees like renters insurance and resident's "benefits" (which there are literally NO benefits). laundry isn't even in each unit. place is not upkept, landscape is gross. turnover is super high. maintenance fixes are super slow and they fight fixing things too. this used to be such a nice place and now it's just awful. buildings smell too. thin walls. the list goes on.
avoid this mess, do NOT recommend - maintnece takes over a month, even on urgent requests like plumbing, ac, locks, etc. pool is still not up its almost the middle of summer. new manaegemnt is not very helpful or nice. they raise the rent a ridiclous amount every year. just has really went downhill.
Exellent place to live! Cindy is wonderful to work with, and very effective in her job as property manager. Breakdowns and issues are responded to promptly, and much effort is made to make this complex a better living experience. Shoutout as well to the maintenance team for all your hard work! Edit 9/9/24: A new set of passcode locks were placed on the outer doors. This is a welcome addition, and shows that this complex is dedicated to increasing our safety and quality of living here! I've lived here a few years and it's quiet, clean, and secure. Property manager lives onsite and she does a wonderful job. Property is well maintained with updates recently done. Maintenance is always quick and rent is affordable. It's a nice place to live!
