From the front of the office to the assistant to the Dr everyone was polite and friendly both Dr and assistant explained all my issues and different ways to go about my treatment in detail. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience and will recommend and continue to be part of their family of dentistry and loyal patien 5stars to the entire staff!!!
The team at Blue Spring Dental Care have been nothing but amazing. I have been looking around for a new dental office and the staff here has made it such an obvious choice of where I should stay. They take time to ensure you understand your treatment plans, costs and options while also breaking down any confusion. Can't wait to keep working with Brandon to keep my smile the way it should be and in good health!
Good positive vibes. My teeth cleanings are fabulous. Unfortunately six months later dentist and Rachel the hygienist are retired. New dentist was ok until I go in for a cleaning and get X-rays exam and a bunch of sales pitches which cost a bunch and still no cleaning. Brandon hygienist comes in and says I owe a hundred dollars today for cleaning. I have 2 dental insurances and I left. What an insult like my time doesn't matter. I was scheduled for a cleaning for 6 months and endedy whole day ruined. Do not recommend.
The staff here make me feel comfortable every time. They are thorough and also listen.
The hygienist was GREAT!
