Every unit at their Mozart location is extremely upset by the constant web of lies being spun by Victor and Gina. They cheaply remodel and flip old buildings with poor quality and follow through. Strongly consider another company before choosing this business to protect yourself and loved ones.
Lived with them for a few years now and they are the best! Very fair price and have always been super responsive any time i need anything
I lived in a Blue Slate property for 2 years. The property was amazing and well-maintained, and all urgent matters were handled promptly and efficiently by the staff! I've previously rented from M. Fishman and this was a better experience on all accounts. The employees at Blue Slate care about your experience, not just your money! If I'm ever in the market to rent again, Blue Slate will be the first company that I contact to see what properties are available.
Great management company, Victor is the best! Extremely fair price and genuinely care about their properties and tenants
I lived at the Greenview apartments for 2+ years and was sad to leave. Victor is a stellar landlord - responsive, flexible, and kind. Definitely the best rental experience I've had in Chicago!
