Lived with them for a few years now and they are the best! Very fair price and have always been super responsive any time i need anything
I lived in a Blue Slate property for 2 years. The property was amazing and well-maintained, and all urgent matters were handled promptly and efficiently by the staff! I've previously rented from M. Fishman and this was a better experience on all accounts. The employees at Blue Slate care about your experience, not just your money! If I'm ever in the market to rent again, Blue Slate will be the first company that I contact to see what properties are available.

I lived at the Greenview apartments for 2+ years and was sad to leave. Victor is a stellar landlord - responsive, flexible, and kind. Definitely the best rental experience I've had in Chicago!
I lived in one of Victor's buildings for three years. The only reason I left was because I was trying to pay less money in rent. Through those three years, Victor was consistently responsive when I needed help, my apartment issues were tended to quickly and effectively, the rent payment process was easy (Venmo!), and he was flexible throughout my move out process. I would definitely work with him again.
