If Monte Shadwick doesn’t take masks during a pandemic seriously, he probably isn’t very concerned with health code violations either. My wife and I will never step foot in there again.

What a surprise in the middle of this small town with a revitalized downtown. Good selection of local beers on tap, I enjoyed the B-17 Blonde, the Watermelon summer ale was tasty too. All their beers were $3 on happy hour, $4.50 after. Lots of options for the Wood fired pizzas including a cauliflower crust, which my daughter and wife enjoyed. Good burger options as well, including one topped with peanut butter.

Although all the construction is not over, we have worked hard to make Salina Downtown a destination spot and are very excited about its future. We are so happy that you enjoyed our beers (isn't that Watermelon awesome?) and food. These have been challenging times with COVID and our staff will very much enjoy reading this. Cheers!
Me and my two sons were passing through town with my brother and several cousins, and decided to stop in for dinner. The owner saw my brother and my youngest son looking at the brewing tanks through the glass, and offered to take them on a quick tour through the brewery. The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly.
