Great the strawberry salad!! Pizza was good too �
Seriously the worst "locally sourced beef" I have ever have. Would have rather had a hamburger from Wendy's. At least they don't use frozen beef. Fries were INEDIBLE. how do you even screw up fries? Pasta salad was... Pasta & ranch dressing (I wish I was joking)
The bartenders are fantastic. I hadn't been in for awhile and the bartender remembered me from my last visit and we picked up right where we left off. I can't recall her name, but she is also a local teacher! All of the food is fresh and tasty! The beer is excellent, and the seasonal cocktails are always fun!
Great stout, and I love dark beer..went very well with the Thai chicken pizza, also yummy
My favorite place to be any night of the week! If I miss a Tuesday night with my BS homies, I feel empty inside on Wednesday.
The food was Excellent, service was Awesome and sampling the beers was a good deal. I tried 4-6oz Mason jars for cheap. The Fire Engine Red was my favorite along with the avocado hummus.
The food is great! The staff is friendly. And if you like hummus, you need to try the avocado hummus.
Blue Skye is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Salina. My husband and I go quite often and sit at the bar. The bartenders are awesome, super friendly and helpful! We went last Saturday with a larger group and they were very quick to let us know that a table was opening up and got it cleaned off quickly. And of course, great and unique food options and good beer! High five to all the wait staff and bartenders for always being attentive and friendly!!
