I never received my medication so I finally contacted them and was told they needed a new prescription. Now I don't know what kind of pharmacist doesn't reach out to the patient or provider when a new prescription is needed but that's strike 1. I was told that the prescription will be filled the same day they receive the new order, I infact had to call again days after it was sent in that's strike 2. The woman I spoke with on the phone was great, very friendly, understanding and apologized for the wait on the prescription for my daughter. The reason why it's a 4 and not a 3 is because of how she handled it. The delay was due to insurance (not enough space to say what a racket insurance is). She told me I would get the script by Friday and we actually got it on Thursday. Thank you to the woman who was helping me in the pharmacy.
Called today and waited through 10 minutes of garbage on call ads to have my prescription refilled only to be told that they will have to call me back in a day or so because of a new computer system and a bridge card issue. How do you drop a system if it isn't ready to handle all of your customers needs? I have no other pharmacy for this medication to go to and what should have been a quick refill when I have the money to pay for it has now become I will be lucky if I hear back much less receive my medication late next week ... read more
