Update: When you call the owner and he doesn't return your call that speaks to the integrity of this company. Unfortunately they transferred Gio to the commerical side and everything has gone downhill. So far Thomas was great. Took a lot of time to help us understand flea issue and how to help destroy life cycle. Nice guy. Listens. Takes time to explain. First treatment only for now and will add review after getting the next two. Appreciated him explaining and helping. Now. If they don’t go away. Ha. We will see but I have confidence in Thomas.
