The younger woman (cannot remember her name for the life of me) but she works in the main office. She’s currently pregnant. SO HELPFUL. Very informative & accommodating. Her & the manager. Super nice,a legit vibe ! When I say the best most accommodative storage location I’ve ever been to. Not exaggerating.! Cheapest I’ve found for the size I have. Anyways just wanted to shout them out. The manager for this location is very nice and understanding, but isn’t able to adequately resolve issues because of corporate. At the Hot Springs Annex on Stanage Dr. the gate is never locked - it has literally been months since the gate and keypad have worked, and when myself and numerous other customers call to express concern we’re assured it’s being worked on, but nothing has been done. Jasmine's team outstanding, their smiles and kindness. When my padlock wouldn't lock, they showed me an old trick spary WD40 in the key hole it worked. The next day, because of the locks being old & and their kindness, I bought 2 new locks from them. It was pouring rain, I stopped in about a Uhaul and upon me leaving my Lincoln Mk key would not start my vehicle , I ran back in I was trying to reach Roadside Assistance with no luck a young lady named Joni that works there offered to help me, after a few minutes she had my key reprogrammed to my vehicle and saved me $300 . I offered her some money but she declined and told me she wouldn’t take it. She went above her job description and helped me and did it with a smile.
