Blue Sky Textures did an absolutely phenomenal job on my home renovation, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They removed all of the popcorn and smoothed the ceilings across approximately 2,300 square feet, repaired and closed up interior shelving areas, and painted the entire house one color. Up until the light fixture installation, everything went smoothly. CJ noted they would need scaffolding, and I reminded them again when scheduling. On the day of the appointment, they missed the scheduled time, and only after I reached out did they inform me they didn’t know when they could arrive because the scaffolding had been sent to another job—despite it being part of my booking. 😕 Thankfully, someone was able to come later that day, but during the install the glass on the light fixture broke (not his fault). I had wall texturizing removed and popcorn knocked down by blue sky. Super quick service that I would highly recommend for anyone who still has popcorn ceilings.
Terrible customer service, called for an estimate and talked to a super rude lady. I answered some questions and she tried to give me a price, but I really wanted someone to come out. She said "why its going to be same price, so why waste our time going to you" Needless to say I found another company who came up the next day and I hired.
