I have been doing business with Blue Sky for over 20 years in Evergreen and Lakewood. I have done a lot of projects with them commercially and domestically. My experience is that they are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. One of their senior associates, Dan Evans, found a leak in the large clubhouse under my care. Awful. We are trying to sell our house. To get ahead of the game, we had our hvac inspected and cleaned before we listed. We’ve been at that house for 4 years and never had a problem. Not 4 hours after they came to clean and inspect, our AC stopped working. We called the number and left a message and someone called us back that night and told us our tech would call us in the morning. Wayne was right on time to winterize my swamp cooler and do maintenance check on heating system. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely request him again.
We had a slow pipe leak in our basement and needed immediate service. LD at Blue Sky showed up on time. Was professional, wore mask the entire time, and more importantly took the time to diagnose the source of the leak. I had a different company come out the day before and they rushed through the assessment and clearly was unable to figure out the problem. Also provided suggestions for how to prevent future problems. Highly recommended LD.
