Did not show up when he originally said he would. I asked him to phone me about the inspection report…still has not called us. The estimate is double what it should be. So the service is terrible!

When we already know what the problem is and we can specifically tell what circuit breaker it is and show it to someone on the panel, we shouldn’t have to pay $200 for somebody to do “diagnostics “. I also forgot that I had a bad experience with the HVAC, which turns out was under warranty and did in fact need a new motor that was replaced by AAA for free.
