RecommendedHilary Joseph at Bluesky Physical Therapy helped me twice. After my elbow injury a got more range of motion more than the doctor predicted because of the physical therapy with Hilary. I can't say enough about how good she was. Also a very nice person.
Sammi Harmon is excellent. I had an appointment for dry needling that provided immediate relief!

I am grateful that my doctor recommended Blue Sky for the hip and IT band issues I was experiencing. I was especially pleased that Natalie Ormond was the therapist assigned to work with me. Natalie gave me excellent instruction regarding exercises that helped eliminate the pain, and through her knowledge a better understanding of the issues I was experiencing. This is the best physical therapy shop around. Karen is my go-to therapist, and she always listens closely, evaluates carefully, and comes up with the solution for whatever my current issues might be. I've been a patient of this practice since the day they opened their doors 10+ years ago, and highly recommend them. Also check out their Pilates classes!
Started with them in 2016 for PT and have stayed for my twice a week Pilates classes . Also found that massage therapy there has also helped with maintaining my body strength.
