I can’t say enough about Blue Sky PT and Maya Shipway, my physical therapist. Maya’s professional guidance and instruction these past 6 months have allowed me to return to activities I love (golf, fly fishing, kayaking, pilates) with strength and confidence. Blake is an excellent PT. The only issue is there is no app to help on donig exercise at home.
I came to this clinic to treat a back pain, since the receptionist said it was hard to get an appointment, she told me to book many in advance, so I did. The back treatment didn't do much, I learned online a better way to treat it but because I had the appointments already, I told my PT that when I spent all day looking at my phones day trading, my arms hurt a little, nothing that stopped me for doing my chores, including playing pickleball, that in Summer I played open plays for 3 hours every day without any pain at all, so... read more
I used to take Pilates at Blue Sky and I loved everyone. When I needed to find Physical Therapy for rehab from my knee replacement surgery I called them 3 months in advance and booked 6 weeks of PT. Rachel and Mary are wonderful! I highly recommend this practice but call in advance. They are in high demand.
