My dog had hurt his paw by breaking off his nail while running in the woods. I saw their business and stopped in for assistance like a bandage or something to stop the bleeding. They were closing and going home when I asked for assistance. Again I just wanted something to wrap his paw until I could get to his vet. They opened their door to us and not only trimmed his broken nail but cleaned it and wrapped it. When I offered payment they said no they were glad to help him.
