When you call get to an office manager not an answering service. Be willing to provide direct numbers when a patient is having issues getting the information or prescriptions they need.
It was going to be my 3rd time seeing this provider as now I was going to advise him that my headaches were as a result of me being recently diagnosed with cancer . Instead I waited for 45 minutes and had to leave at that point without being seen. Nobody came to “advice me” of the wait. 5 days later I get a letter in the mail saying he is discharging me from the practice due to “inappropriate conduct and behavior.” No doubt you are placed where you belong and both patients and providers have a mutual responsibility to comply... read more
Wow. I guess I should have read the reviews before trying this office. Dr. Morgenstern has terrible bedside manner. He is dismissive of the patient's input. He ran no tests and still billed me $830 for a 20 minute appointment where he gave me advice that I could have googled. Highway robbery.
