I found out today that Medicaid does cover Botox for migraines. Apparently Blue Sky wasn't happy about the reimbursement Medicaid offers, so they just deny this treatment to anyone who doesn't have real insurance or can't pay cash. I have chronic migraines, can't work, and have been suffering for months now when I could have been offered Botox. Bastard people is what they are. Greedy bastard people.
This place is a ridiculous joke they keep trying to blame my seizures on Marijuana when I have explained several times that they started at a time when I wasn't using marijuana! Stupid fuckers keep cancelling appointments and they don't do any testing or anything they expect someone else to do all the work and then they just charge to read a piece of paper!
This office is filled with nothing but excuses and unreturned voicemails. Today is day 13 of trying to get the Lonetree office to send my MRI request to my insurance company. The most common reason for delay "we only have one person submitting all claims for approximately 25 doctors." Simply not MY problem. If you don't have enough staff to get the job done you need to hire more employees or not take on new patients until you are able to give them the time and attention that they deserve.
