Their appointment system is trash. I called to confirm and was told they didn’t have an appointment for me. I was busy that day anyway so I decided I’ll try again another time. My appointment time comes and I get a call saying I missed my appointment. I came here before with an appointment and my tech apparently never showed up that day but nobody called me to let me know. This was my second try and there won’t be another.
I really wanted to love this place, my nail tech was incredibly unfriendly perhaps because of how I looked. It was not an enjoyable experience and I noticed that I was treated very differently from all the other patrons. I’m not really sure if it’s because I’m Native American or that I didn’t look like everyone else or what. The whole experience actually made me feel sad. I will not be back.
I will never come back here. I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. My eyebrows were not done the way I asked, and my face was left with white residue that made me feel embarrassed. Now I have to spend more money just to fix what should have been done right the first time. I didn’t feel welcomed or accepted at all, which made the experience even worse. Usually I don’t share bad reviews but my experience at this salon was very annoying and disappointing. It was my first time at this salon and I came in with two of my friends. I wanted to get my nails done and a pedicure. From the beginning the person doing my nails wasn’t listening to me (I had to repeat myself 5 times) and she didn’t ask me any questions about what I wanted.
