First time trying this location - it seems very poorly run. I made an appointment online for a specific time, and I arrived on time. I had to wait 45 minutes after checking in to begin. So unorganized. The pedicure was just okay and kind of rushed for what I paid. Will not be returning.
I don't get my nails done often, but when I do it's here. Unfortunately I don't know if I'll be going back. I booked a 6:30pm appointment on their website using my account but they only thought of calling me the day of the appointment to come in at 6pm or move it to another day since they take their last appointment at 6. Which is not listed on their website. The communication just wasn't there and if you're going to have or implement a policy like that, it should be known on all the platforms to avoid issues like this.
I’ve been going to Bluesky Nails for two years for both manicures and pedicures. Their online booking is incredibly easy to use, and I’ve always been happy with the results. 🙂 Customer Service: The staff is excellent and always greets me warmly. Pedicure was relaxing in the massage chair.
I came in with an appointment and two children’s manicure s that were last minute walk in which they graciously accommodated. I am from NY amd was in the area for a few weeks so I needed to rebase, even though I preferred not to go to a new nail tech. When we came in, the space and tools were clean and my kid’s manicures were great, but my acrylic rebase was TERRIBLE. The product was too thick and not even.
