This place may look nice but the service and finished product on nails is extremely subpar. I've been to the highlands location and it's great. This one you walk in and its dead quiet, no music or chatting even with a half dozen customers. Very weird vibe. Had an appointment and they didn't start until 40 minutes later even though I was even ten minutes early. Very clean and organized! The staff is efficient ans skilled. The only thing I was surprised by was having my nails done at same time as my toes wasn't an option, the same tech who did my pedicure completed it and then I was moved to her station for manicure. I was with my husband who was only getting a pedicure, so I has asked I had them done together so we finished about the same time. Not a bad place but the male tech was so rude and I did not have an enjoyable nail appointment. He was aggressive while doing my nails and then expects me to give a tip at the end, I have never seen such behavior at a nail salon before. If you want to come here the rest of the employees are ok, just don’t go to him!
Very detailed and quality workmanship and artistry, but price point is a bit steep. However, the cleanliness is top notch, and if you're looking for a beautiful mani/pedi without any budget constraints, this is the salon. IMO
