I had an appointment a few weeks ago for the first time at this place and unfortunately I won’t be coming back anytime soon. My tech, Steven, didn’t provide the level of care I was hoping for when I came in. There were multiple points during the appointment I wanted to voice my concerns about how the nails were turning out, but for the majority of our time together, Steven felt it was appropriate to talk about how the salon wasn’t paying enough and he had to get a second job to support his family.
