Not the same experience as in the past. My husband and I came in this weekend as a little treat after brunch. At the door we were asked what service we wanted and I expressed two regular pedicures. She asked if I wanted gel and I stated I did not, just regular polish (I’ve had issues with gel in the past so I steer clear). I’m still incredibly frustrated and disappointed after my most recent visit, and it honestly pains me to write this because we’ve loved this salon in the past. My sister and I had a 4:15 appointment and did not realize the salon closed at 5. This place was the worst service I have ever had. I have always gotten my nails done and I know what I like and what I ask for and I am so disappointed in this business. I had my nails done here twice, and they were done by the same woman who didn’t know what she was doing. I tried not to get them done by her the second time, to give the shop a second chance since I live close, but they were busy and already made me wait 30 minutes after my appointment because they forgot about me.
