I wrote this review in November 2024—I have been a patient of Jason Eliassant, PMHNP-BC, since July, 2024 (now November, 2024) and I am exceptionally pleased and thankful to have Blue Sky. I get my mental health counseling, consulting and my medication from blue sky. Excellent and quality service. My health has improved since I have been getting care from them
This place has absolutely saved but most importantly helped me for the better. Dr. Eliassant genuinely cares to know everything about my life and never fails to give me great advice. His staff are very courteous and make sure that I set my next appointment. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to change their life.
The office seems very much aloof. They close their office periodically throughout the week arbitrarily and without reason. I need to pester them with phone calls to get a refill.
